Law #4: The Fair Democracy Bill
Introduction: Seeing that New York's Assembly is meant to give one equal vote in matters as of bills and other important decisions, a player with two nations in the assembly gives an unfair vote and an unequal representation.
Noting that NationStates themselves frowns upon two nations in the World Assembly, New York should follow the example and ban it.
Main Point: 1. Any player with two or more nations may only hold one Assembly seat. Players may still hold more than one position in the Regional government.
2. Any player with two or more nations who has revealed that he has multiple nations in the Assembly must be forced to choose one to remain. He will receive one (1) week to announce the nation or risk losing both positions.
Closing: An unequal representation is corrosive to New York's health. Having in nations with no player in common (they are all different people), will truly benefit New York. "Excelsior!"

Law #7: The Revocation Bill If the Assembly sees that a bill is outdated, doesn't apply, or should simply be revoked, they shall have the power to do so.
1.Under the circumstances that a past bill meets one the requirements above, the Assembly would take a revocation vote. This vote would have to have one more vote AGAINST the Bill than it previously had FOR the bill. For example, if a bill is passed on a 5-4 vote, the revocation votes must revoke the bill on a 6-3 vote.
2.If the Assembly no longer has the same amount of members as when the bill was passed, the revocation vote must exceed the percentage of the bill's former votes (by at least 0.1%).
3. If the Assembly fails to revoke the bill, the bill may not be up for revocation again for another 7 days (to the hour of the last vote placed).
This bill will help New York in seeing that all nations within it can continuously feel that outdated, or void bills will be discontinued to see that personal rights are steadfast.
