The Land of The Devil (RPG ONLY, not region politics!

History
Since the dawn of time it seems there has always been trouble in the Land of The Devil. It's population was made up of Waring tribes and gangs, and was always in a constant state of civil-war. Over time six major cities formed, Hell, Mordor, Las Vegas, Tartarus, Tombstone, and Limbo. The six cities continued to war with each other and other various smaller cities for centuries. Until one day within the city of Hell a new duo came to power, the ancient and powerful family of Mephistopheles (Mephisto) and a mysterious mechanical man who would become known as the Robot Devil. With the Robot Devil's rise to power would begin the 1000 year war that continues today. The Robot Devil and various heirs to the family Mephisto line slowly and bloodily conquered Mordor, Las Vegas, and Tartarus, binding them to Robot Devil through the formation of the Brotherhood of the Flame(Orange).
Modern Day
To this day the Robot Devil and Brotherhood of the Flame continue to wage a never ending war against the remaining rebelling lands(Yellow) yet to declare their allegiance and obedience to the Brotherhood. The main Warzone surrounds the city of Tombstone(Red) which stands alone. The other rebelling city of Limbo continues to wage war with it's neighbors, the Brotherhood of the Flame, and even Tombstone time to time.
Brotherhood of the Flame
The Brotherhood of the Flame is a religious cult that worships the Robot Devil as a god and ultimate ruler. The Brotherhood will often enslave any enemies it captures in battle, slaves make up roughly 15% of the population. Ritual sacrifice is common practice within the Brotherhood to bring about good fortune and other effects depending on the ritual. Whenever a city is taken the current or new ruler is require to give his soul and all their children's soul to the Robot Devil along with pledging their allegiance to the Brotherhood of the Flame.
The Robot Devil
The mysterious mechanical ruler of the Brotherhood of the Flame. Said to have lived for over a thousand years as he waged his endless war to conquer the world.
The Robot Devil is also known for interest in the Arts and Music, he is a renown violinist and plays on his very own golden violin.
Mephisto the Sixth
The second in command of the Brotherhood of the Flame, and loyal servant to the Robot Devil. The current heir to the Mephistopheles family line.
The Four Horsemen
The Armies of The Robot Devil are lead by the infamous four Horsemen, who are often seen riding their horses in battle.
Rider of Pestilence, upon a white horse

Rider of Famine, upon a black horse
Rider of Death, upon a pale horse
Hell
The capital city of the Brotherhood of the Flame. Location of the Robot Devil's massive underground palace where he lives.
Mordor - Sauron
The first city conquered by the Brotherhood, surrounded by mountains and made up of castles and Gothic architecture. Ruled by Sauron who is regularly clad in metallic armor.
Las Vegas - Robert Edwin House
The second city to join the Brotherhood, and only city to join willing. Located in the middle of the desert known as the Sands of Time, renown as the gambling capital of the nation and region. Ruled by casino master Robert Edwin House.
Tartarus - Beetlejuice
The third and last city conquered by the Brotherhood. Well known for it's gloomy and foggy atmosphere. Ruled by Beetlejuice who was appointed after the city was taken and the original ruler executed.
The Rebellion
Tombstone - Wyatt Earp & Doc Holliday
Located in the middle of a warzone and under constant attack from the Brotherhood of the Flame and neighboring rival gangs. Run by the noble and righteous Sheriff Wyatt Earp and his deathly ill and often drunk friend Doc Holliday who stands up in the middle of the chaos in hopes to one day bring peace to Tombstone and the rest of the land.

Limbo
Just outside the major warzone, but often in minor disputes and battles with neighboring gangs. Limbo is the only city without a constant leader, every few weeks the current leader is killed and a new group rises to power.
