Please read over Getting Started if you haven't yet. ------------- As stated as our fourth goal; "IV. Establish the WA Delegate of New York as a representative of the people; -Further define the delegate's role within the region -Grant the delegate access to use the regional controls -Promote Word Assembly discussions and involvement" Since the Constitution is still being developed, the role of the delegate haven't yet been fully defined, what are people's thoughts on the WA Delegate? Additionally part of our goal is to Grant the delegate access to use the regional controls, being the people's elected official and main Representative. I personally think that both the WA delegate and founder should be seen as equals, one the region's creator, and one the region's elected chosen Representative. Working together as partners to better the region together. This means granting him regional controls, and affording the delegate similar powers/authorities given to the founder(aka Chief Administrative Officer) in the constitution and the current draft. Considering The Orion Nebula has been delegate for a 1 year 44 days now, I think his earned the privilege. Thoughts?

I appreciate having access to the regional controls. Gell had them on for some time until there was an invasion attempt a couple of months back. In the constitution, there needs to be a provision for crises and invasions.
