Article I: Preamble
- We are the Death Star, defiant and strong. We may be small, but we pack some balls.
Article II: Citizenship and Basic Rights of Citizens
- Below is outlined the basic rights of all citizens within the Death Star and its many colonies, provinces, protectorates, and territories. Also, who is considered a citizen is defined.
Section 1: Citizenship
- To become a citizen of the Death Star, you must live within the Death Star or one of its many colonies, provinces, protectorates, or territories. You may not be in rebellion against the regime either.
Section 2: Basic Rights
The regime may revoke or add rights as it deems necessary.
Article III: The Presidency (Delegacy)
- The President has absolute power within the Death Star and all of its colonies, territories, provinces, protectorates, and etc.
Article IV: The Vice Presidency
- The Vice President is the second in command of the region and its may provinces, colonies, territories, protectorates and etc. If The President was to fall ill, become inactive for over a week, or happens to need a leave of absence then The Vice President would become the active president of the Death Star. The Vice President's duties are anything The President requires along with overseeing the Regional Assembly; The Vice President may be the tie breaking vote within the Regional Assembly.
Article V: Government Ministries
- Government ministries may be created or destroyed by The President. The President will delegate certain tasks to various ministries depending on how much he wishes to do himself.
Section 1: Foreign Ministry
- The Foreign Minister will have the power to create alliances, embassies, negotiate treaties, and broker any sort of deal with any foreign region. The Foreign Minister's activities are subject to approval by the President.
Section 2: Ministry of the Armed Forces
- The Minister of the Armed Forces has the power to build up a military for the region of the Death Star any way he sees fits. He has the power to invade any region he wishes as long as he has approval from The President. The Minister of the Armed Forces is also in charge of the defense of the Death Star.
Section 3: Ministry of Propaganda
- The Minister of Propaganda is in charge of educating the people about anything to do with our region.
Section 4: Ministry of Immigration
- The Minister of Immigration has the power to recruit on behalf of the Death Star.
Section 5: Ministry of Public Works
- The Minister of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance of all public facilities and services. The Minister of Public Works has the power to build new public facilities and to offer more public services if the budget of said activities is approved by The President.
Section 6: Ministry of Environmental Protection
- The Minister of Environmental Protection is in charge of maintaining a healthy national environment for all citizens. The Minister of Environmental Protection may initiate projects or make decrees concerning the environment. The President may undo any decisions made by the Minister of Environmental Protection.
Section 7: Ministry of Satanic Rituals
- The Minister of Satanic Rituals has the power to ban or allow any religion as he/she sees fit. The Minister of Satanic Rituals is the ultimate authority on religion within the region and all of its many colonies, protectorates, territories and etc.
Article VI: Regional Assembly
- The assembly members of the Regional Assembly shall be elected the first Monday of every second month from June onwards through the second Monday of every second month. A term for an assembly member voted out of office does not end until the inauguration of the new assembly member on the second Monday of the second month within the election cycle.
- The number of Regional Assembly members will be determined by the number of W.A. nations; one seat is equal to two point five W.A. nations. There may be no fewer than two Regional Assembly members.
- The Regional Assembly has the power to create any law that it sees fit. A law may be vetoed by The President; the Regional Assembly may not overturn The President's veto. The President must also approve of a bill before it becomes law; if The President does not approve or veto a bill for one week then the bill will automatically become law.
- For a bill to even get to The President's desk then it must be approved by a majority of the Regional Assembly which is 51% of the vote or higher; The Vice President may be a tie breaking vote if he wishes to do so.

- Amendments may be added to the constitution as The President of the Death Star sees fit to add them.
